Supply clear and accurate information and labelling about products and services, including after-sales obligations.
Have a process to ensure effectively receiving feedbacks and resolving complaints from customers, suppliers and the other stakeholders involved in the company’s business.
Ensure timely payment of suppliers’ invoices.
Keep information exchanged with stakeholders confidential through Non- Disclosure Agreements.
Respect Intellectual Property right and consider it as an important term in our agreements with customers.
